I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian who helps women achieve their health goals and enhance their fertility, support their hormones or help them navigate perimenopause.

Hi There! I’m

Gia

An Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist and Accredited Health Coach with a passion for supporting women to take charge of their health through every season of life. Whether you’re struggling with the symptoms of PCOS or endometriosis, trying to conceive, nourishing your body during pregnancy, or navigating perimenopause, I’m here to help.

My Story

My Story

Like many women, my struggles with female health problems started when I was just a teenager. As a teen, I struggled with extremely heavy, painful periods. My doctor recommended starting birth control, but I wanted to try other treatments first.

Through a lot of trial and error, I was able to find strategies and treatments that worked for my specific symptoms. Now that I’m navigating perimenopause, I have the tools to manage my symptoms effectively. My experiences with reproductive health led me to want to help other women navigate their female health symptoms so that they could return to their lives and do the things they loved to do.

With my own female health struggles in mind, I started my journey in the health and fitness space as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. During that time, I worked with many women. As I worked with them, one thing became clear – many women were focused on weight loss being the answer to help them feel better. But this didn’t address the underlying cause of their symptoms.

This sparked my interest in how nutrition impacts health, so I went to university as a mature student and completed an undergraduate degree in nutrition science and a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. I also completed a year-long health coaching course to become an Accredited Health Coach and have since continued my education, learning more about the stages of a woman’s life and how hormones and reproductive issues can impact how we think, feel, move, eat, and love.
